Fix libpatcher for 7.3.020 #3

Libpatcher adresses are not right Maybe add Rampatcher

What do you mean they're not right?, there aren't any changes when messing with the parameters?

The libpatcher has the adresses for 7.3.018 but we use 7.3.020

You could replace ones using a 7.3.020 mod, from Arnova, maybe?

Or simply use the one I already used for Butchercam. ^^ Butchercam is 7.3.020 as well.
