Run server command format:

npm start [mode]

Where mode is either construction, development, or production.

Ex: npm start production

Use construction mode to display the "Under Construction" page. Use development mode when testing and developing the site locally. Use production mode for the live, public site.

When on the server's screen session, CTRL + C stops the server.
