Support for "From X to Y" SMS / IM messages #1

Modify the SMS/IM dialog to allow for "From Station X to Station Y" requests that provide route information in a single request/response cycle.

This would make the SMS/IM interaction somewhat different than the voice interaction, but might be more natural (and easier) for users.

Might could use a mixed-initiative dialog for the voice/phone part - if VoiceXML was used.
