first time on GITHUB. Sorry for previous message. Everything connected but program does not register shots. Did I miss something? Thanks

Narrowing down the problem, the right hand box in the small window always stays red even after I manually wake up the Garmin. Any ideas? Thank you

Going deeper I see that the adapter output does not go past the fifth line that says "connected to Launch Monitor" The nothing. Is this a hardware problem with the R10? Thank you

All solved. Working perfectly. I can post the sequence for novices if anyone is interested

I'm having this exact problem! R10 is successfully connected to PC (named Approach R10 and not R1). I run the connector and it stops at connected to launch monitor. The GSPro API has a green bar at the top, and says connectedbut red "not ready" bottom right. What was your solution?

The red box only means the LM doesn't see a ball. Put down a ball and it should be fine.

I tried, I put a ball at the exact same place as with the Garmin software and it still doesn't work. How did you get the connector to go past "Connected to launch monitor"? When people demo it I see their script go further and there is continuous communication.

The steps I used: 1.Unpair from Garmin connect

  1. Pair with PC over Bluetooth
  2. Run GSPro. Choose Api if this is the first time you are using it. (I don't know how to get that initial screen back but I know it can be reset
  3. Run Adapter (Do not take adapter out of its folder to run. It needs the .json file)
  4. GSPro small connect windows should show green. Adapter page should be filled with code . Leave it running.
  5. Put ball in line with R10 and the box should turn green

Im having a similar issue. I have loaded the latest version of the adapter. This is my first time using the software. I just purchased GSPro and a gaming laptop. The R10 connects via bluetooth the pc with no problems. I open GSPRo and get the API window, then open the connector, which says connected to the R10 as well as the API, but the bar at the top stays Red despite the R10 flashing green but no connections when I hit a shot. THe adapter is connected and is recording shot data, but its not transmitting to the API connect

I am also having this issue. Everything appears connected and the adapter is recording shot data but the shots do not happen in GS Pro.

I was able to resolve my problem by uninstalling and reinstalling GSPro. Now it is working properly
