R10 connected but does not turn green #29

20230930_212336 The application recognizes GSPro and will recognize the ID of the Approach R10 but appears not to complete the handshake with the R10. When the application is running, the light on the R10 will turn from blinking blue to blinking white but will never turn blinking green. The application appears to not complete the initation steps with the R10 as there are no subsequent lines of code corresponding to the R10 connection. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I solved my issue and will explain it here in case someone else runs into this. I did not have the latest update of my Windows 10 Pro Operating System. I was on version 1671 or something and needed to upgrade to version 22H2 for the program to work properly. During trouble shooting I got it to work on my work laptop and started looking at the differences between the two PCs. The OS version stood out and sure enough that was it.
