SWR meter delay #68

Describe the bug SWR is my TX tune meter. When activated the meter pegs out and slowly decays to show swr.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Set tun meter to swr
  2. Select tun
  3. Watch meter pin then decay

Expected behaviour On my anan7000dle and Thetis, the swr meter reacts without delay.

I'm not seeing this in the latest beta6 release. I have seen it in previous releases, but I can't say when the functionality changed.
