Describe the bug The Tune Fixed Drive setting is not preserved on closing the Thetis v2.103.6x64 HL2 Beta 3 or Beta 4

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to '...' Click on Use Fixed Drive
  2. Click on 'Set the value of 16.5
  3. Click on Save (I actually think it should be saved in the Transmit Parameters)
  4. Shut down Thetis
  5. Start Thetis and the value entered will be reset to 0

Expected behaviour I would expect the Use Fixed Drive setting to be retained on restart.

Additional context My suggestion would be to save all of the TUNE section of the Transmit window be saved in the Transmit Profile
