et - the (extremely tiny) editor a tiny (8k 32bit linux, 8.4k OSX 64bit) terminal text editor

At the moment, only linux x64 might work. OSX, linux x32 untested.

Added Cursor keys and function keys (extended keycodes), debug, "vi" mode (enable with define TM) ported to x64 OSX, ported to minilib
