ComfoCool mode #51

Allow to choose ComfoCool Mode in Home Assistant. Reference to https://github.com/michaelarnauts/aiocomfoconnect/pull/27

I have check and it is working properly from command line:

python3 -m aiocomfoconnect set-comfocool off

I've released and added aiocomfoconnect 0.1.11 in https://github.com/michaelarnauts/home-assistant-comfoconnect/commit/dd4b3939d85a1b438f254a986187ff7f8bc22f7a, since these changes depend on that.
