Add ComfoCool state and condensor temp sensors #52

Not sure about SensorDeviceClass.NONE.

All based on https://github.com/michaelarnauts/aiocomfoconnect/pull/28 as the origin of data.

I've released and added aiocomfoconnect 0.1.11 in https://github.com/michaelarnauts/home-assistant-comfoconnect/commit/dd4b3939d85a1b438f254a986187ff7f8bc22f7a, since these changes depend on that.

I had to remove the state_class=SensorDeviceClass.NONE.
