The fields for the registration of a Cooperator are wrong: mention of 'Cooperative Behaviour Mark'

In the registration page for a Cooperator, the same issues appear as those for an Ordinary Member (#114 ).

In addition, the label for the field "Cooperative Behaviour Mark" appears, with no field for the input of data.

This is not needed, specifically because this "Cooperative Behaviour Mark" is a variable that the Cooperator has no direct control of: it is automatically generated by the instances of the KuneAgi software).

The consequence is the same as for #114: the process is blocked because the Pseudonym is absent.

To date (31-May-2024), the bug is still present. Even in a "confidential" browser window, the first display of the view to provide data on the Cooperator is wrong:

• absence of field to provide "Pseudonym";
• it is possible to change the e-mail address - whereas it should be impossible;
• the "profle" field is still visible....

When clicking on the "refresh" button of the browser, the situation improves a lot:

• the Pseudonym filed becomes active;
• the e-mail address is not modifiable;
• .... but the "profile" field is still present.

After an erasure of browsing data and still in "incognito" browsing on Chrome, this error has disappeared in a second trial on 31 May 2024. The correct registration form appears at the first display of the view.
