The possibility for a member to visualise the data of other members is probably useless - Add autocomplete function

Rationale

In the "Modify member" view of the connected user, the list of members that can be consulted currently appears as a scrolling list. This only works as long as the number of users remains small (below ca. 30). Above this rather low threshold, the scrolling down the list becomes tedious and the function de facto unusable and hence uesless.

Suggested solutions

• In the short term, I propose to simply suppress this function. The user only has access to his/her own data for visualitsation or modification. The other applications of the IT infrastructure, such as NextCloud, KuneAgi or Moodle, provide a means for the user to see the profile of other users, in a very easy and user-friendly way. It is hence of very limited use to re-invent the wheel and re-do what is already done elsewhere - and rather well;
• in the longer term, and in the longer term only, we may want to develop a search window with autocomplete function, whereby the user starts filling in the pseudonym of the other user that s/he wants to see the profile of, and the system automatically proposes solutions containing the string of characters typed.

If the addition of an autocomplete function is possible fast, then I propose that it be implemented.

Otherwise, I propose that this function be reserved to the admin users only, and not visible for Cooperators or Ordinary Members of the Community.
