The "Forgot password" function does not send e-mails #133

After having provided the e-mail address of the user in the /forgot_password page, and clicked on the submit button, nothing happens. No e-mail is received.

The click on the submit button should trigger the sending of the e-mail to the user for him/her to reset his/her password.

The same goes for the registration process.

At the start of the process, after having provided an e-mail address, the platform informs that the e-mail containing the mathematical challenge was not sent.
