- odd line breaks;
- unneeded HTML tags.

I have registerd and received the e-mail for the challenge to verify that I am a human. I do receive the e-mail, but is does not display properly. There is no text body, only two attachments, called respectively:
The user needs to save the attachments, and then to open them separately, to access their content.
This applies also to the e-mail reporting on the change in the status of the application.
