Reject applications of people under the legal age

The decisions in the Cooperative must be taken by people that have the legal capacity to take them, and to bear responsibility for them, i.e. by people of legal age (= ayant atteint leur majorité in French). Therefore, the system must control that the date of birth of the Applicant is at least 18 years prior to the current date. This can be made in two different ways:

• either the dates proposed in the calendar are at the latest 18 years before the current date; or
• when the application is submitted, and if the date of birth is less than 18 years before the current date, an error message is displayed stating applications are open only to people being at least 18 years old.

Since the user has the capacity to write his/her date of birth directly (and does not depend on the provided calendar to do so), the first option proposed does not work. Issue #80 is more complete and detailed. Closing this issue
