The welcoming e-mail should contain the Cooperator number #38

The final welcoming e-mail, defined in alirpunkto/locale/send_candidature_approuved_email.pt, should contain the Cooperator number, in the case when the Applicant has become a full member of the Cooperative.

This number is used upon multiple occasions, so it should be presented prominently, with a message to keep that number in the Cooperator's records.
