Following issue #44 , I suggest to add to the LDAP database the field called "Display name", containing the user's Pseudonym as s/he provides it upon registration, with all usual characters allowed, including spaces.
The field "User name" would contain, as per issue #44:
under Option A: the Pseudonym, in which all spaces have been converted to underscores '_';
under Option B: the Unique (hexadecimal) identifier.
