In the statutes of the Cooperative, the application of sanctions on Cooperators is an exclusive competence of the Members of the Mediation and Arbitration Council.
Consequently, only Members of the Mediation and Arbitration Council should be allowed to perform the following actions on Cooperators;
demote any member of the "cooperatorsGroup" to member of the "sanctionedGroup", or demote any member of the "candidateMissingYearContribGroup" to the "sanctionedMissingYearContribGroup" = deprive a Cooperator from his/her voting rights;
promote any member of the "sanctionedGroup" to the "cooperatorsGroup", or promote any member of the "sanctionedMissingYearContribGroup" to the "candidateMissingYearContribGroup" = restore the voting rights of a Cooperator;
remove any member from any one of the following groups: "cooperatorsGroup", "candidatesMissingShareYearContribGroup", "candidatesMissingShareGroup", "candidatesMissingYearContribGroup", "sanctionedGroup", "sanctionedMissingYearContribGroup", "boardGroup", "mediationArbitrationCouncilGroup" = exclude the Cooperator from the Cooperative.
