Add view and notification of Verification votes that a connected Cooperator should perform

When connecting to AlirPunkto, a Cooperator that has to perform one or several Verification vote(s) should have on his/her main view:

• a notification mark that his/her vote is requested for a Verification of identity of one or several Applicants;
• an access link to the page where the Verification vote(s)s to which s/he is invited is(are) listed, each with a link to the voting page.
