.POT and .PO files are not taken into account in the welcome page

On the welcome page, the text displayed in the English and in the French version does not match that in:

• the https://github.com/michaellaunay/alirpunkto/blob/master/alirpunkto/locale/alirpunkto.pot (for English)
• the https://github.com/michaellaunay/alirpunkto/blob/master/alirpunkto/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/alirpunkto.po file (for French)

This has been corrected by commits fce611fbe9d3078a486555e1735f9c05f278f165 and 0c78126a45cd3fbf7cd5b7beba21188cda7016f7 for the fr and de versions.
