The templates of the e-mails to Verifiers should be suppressed #71

The files containing the e-mail templates for the Verifiers, namely:

alirpunkto/locale/identity_verification_by_email.pt and
alirpunkto/locale/identity_verification_video_conference_request.pt

are obsolete as soon as their content has been transferred to the .POT and corresponding .PO files.

They should hence be suppressed in all languages, after their content has been transferred to the .POT and respective .PO files
