When a person has registered as a Cooperator on AlirPunkto, s/he has validated his/her identity, unicity in the list of Cooperators, age and citizenship, but has not yet paid his/her financial contributions, namely;
purchasing at least one share of the Cooperative;
paying a first yearly fee.
The person will obtain full rights as a Cooperator only when s/he has performed these operations.
Similarly, a person can omit to pay his/her yearly fee after the expiry of the period for which s/he paid, and should hence lose his/her voting rights until s/he has paid his/her new yearly contribution.
Finally, a person can be sanctioned by the Mediation & Arbitration Council and have his/her voting rights suspended temporarily - and this situation can combine with having not renewed his/her yearly contribution on time.
This leads to the need to create several additional groups, so that the consolidated list of groups be the following. New groups are marked with an asterisk (*):
communityGroup (NEW NAME) = persons having registered as Ordinary Members of the Community;
candidatesMissingShareYearContribGroup* = persons having registered as Cooperators (= dentity, unicity in the list of Cooperators, age and citizenship are validated), but have not purchased at least one share and have not paid their yearly contribution;
candidatesMissingShareGroup* = persons having registered as Cooperators (= dentity, unicity in the list of Cooperators, age and citizenship are validated) and have paid their yearly contribution, but have not purchased at least one share;
candidatesMissingYearContribGroup* = persons having registered as Cooperators (= dentity, unicity in the list of Cooperators, age and citizenship are validated) and have purchased at least one share, but have not paid their yearly contribution;
cooperatorsGroup = persons having registered as Cooperators (= dentity, unicity in the list of Cooperators, age and citizenship are validated) and have purchased at least one share and have paid their yearly contribution and were not sanctioned by the Mediation & Arbitration Council (the general case). They are the only ones with voting rights = access to the platforms where this voting right is exerted (LiquidFeedback, KuneAgi, others to come for the participatory budgeting);
sanctionedGroup = persons having registered as Cooperators (= dentity, unicity in the list of Cooperators, age and citizenship are validated) and have purchased at least one share and have paid their yearly contribution, but were demoted by an Administrator / a member of the Mediation & Arbitration Council (as per Issue #56);
sanctionedMissingYearContribGroup = persons having registered as Cooperators (= dentity, unicity in the list of Cooperators, age and citizenship are validated) and have purchased at least one share, but were demoted by an Administrator / a member of the Mediation & Arbitration Council (as per Issue #56) and have not paid their yearly contribution;
boardGroup (NEW NAME) = Cooperators who have been promoted to this role by an Administrator / a member of the Mediation & Arbitration Council (as per issue #57);
mediationArbitrationCouncilGroup = Cooperators who have been promoted to this role by an Administrator / a member of the Mediation & Arbitration Council (as per issue #57).
Following the creation of these groups:
Once a person has completed her registration on AlirPunkto along the "Ordinary Member of the Community" path, s/he becomes a member of the communityGroup only;
Once a person has completed her registration on AlirPunkto along the "Cooperator" path, s/he becomes a member of the of the communityGroup, and of the candidateMissingShareYearContribGroup (because all Cooperators are also members of the Community). Further promotions to the other groups, and ultimately to the cooperatorsGroup, are performed by the Administrator, based on the registration of payments performed on the online payment platform.
