The ${administrator} variable does not work in the template e-mail to Verifiers #81

In the e-mail template to Verifiers, there is a mention of the e-mail address of the administrator.

To date, this e-mail address is displayed as ${administrator}.

It should contain the e-mail address of the administrator instead.
