Several variables should not be accompanied by a message requiring an input by the Candidate

Currently, the variables

• "cooperator_number"
• "cooperative_behaviour_mark_update"
• "number_shares_owned"
• "date_end_validity_yearly_contribution"

are accompanied by a message requiring an input by the Candidate:

Associated msgid are associated to these requests:

• msgid "cooperator_number_required"
• msgid "cooperative_behaviour_mark_update_required"
• msgid "number_shares_owned_required"
• msgid "date_end_validity_yearly_contribution_required"

Since these variables are provided by AlirPunkto and are not editable by the Candidate (nor by the registered user subsquently), there is no reason to mandate that the user provides an information that s/he has no means to do.

I hence propose to suppress these requirements for an input by the Candidate, and to suppress as well the associated:
