The project does not have a rubric for judging a vendor's product based on the available DSC resource(s). A method for scoring should be devised where points are added to the overall score increasing from 0 to 100. In this way, a nonexistant DSC resource is a 0 and a perfect resource is 100.
A potential alternative is to simply add points without a cap, but that reduces (somewhat) the usefulness of the scoring. See Issue 4: Need to Decide on Scoring Method for this consideration.
