Missing class OrderServiceGrpc #119

Just find branch master, dev and release 1.0.0 are missing class OrderServiceGrpc, and this lead project ftgo-order-service is unable to build pass. Is there any codes of branch can build pass all the referenced projects and kick up all the services?
