Readme - Add link to workshop #8

With @sinedied, we've created an online workshop about creating your own RAG chat app, step by step. This content could be an useful addition to the official samples already shared in the readme.

I think this would be appropriate to add, only consideration is hackers getting confused from there being multiple approaches to creating a RAG chat app - as this may be many hacker's first experience working with the technology!

@multispark That's definitely a fair concern, but I think these resources are listed in such a way that we can include a multitude of resources, for developers with spare time on their hands. I don't expect most developers to go through them.
