The issue
Failure to store TDX certificates in service VM
What was done
Added a way to retrieve the expiry information (when it expires and when it was read) from the last certificate retrieved from cache and where it was cached
Added chmod calls during certificate storage to confirm the permissions of the files and folders are the correct ones
Improved logging and error return, including timestamps and the option to store logs in a file in linux
Solved misalignment between the storage of externally and internally supplied certificates
Testing
Tested manually within target VMs
E2E and unit tests pass
