Up OMS Agent version to 1.16.0-0: https://github.com/microsoft/OMS-Agent-for-Linux/releases/download/OMSAgent_v1.16.0-0/omsagent-1.16.0-0.universal.x64.sh Up Docker cimprov version to 1.0.0-41: https://github.com/microsoft/Docker-Provider/releases/download/v1.0.0-41/docker-cimprov-1.0.0-41.universal.x86_64.sh

@sarahpeiffer - Is this a copy of files from the previous version? Other than the package version is there anything specifically that needs to be reviewed? If thats the only change, this LGTM

correct! this is only package upgrades everything else is copied from most recent version :)
