new docker-cimprov: https://github.com/microsoft/Docker-Provider/releases/download/1.0.0-43/docker-cimprov-1.0.0-43.universal.x86_64.sh

new omsagent: https://github.com/microsoft/OMS-Agent-for-Linux/releases/download/OMSAgent_v1.17.2-0/omsagent-1.17.2-0.universal.x64.sh

everything else is the same just new package versions!

@sarahpeiffer - You'll need to update the file here for versions as well- https://github.com/microsoft/OMS-docker/blob/aab34aaec857e04a4a99527ca27db6c6fd40eaa0/Kubernetes/omsagent.yaml#L10C5-L11C36
