Bad server name for dependencies #1

When I try to build the solution (on Windows 8 with Visual Studio 2013), it says that it cannot bind to the source control at http://vstfpg16:8080/tfs/pg16 because the hostname 'vstfpg16' cannot be resolved.

There were some old TFS bindings in the .sln file. I removed them.
