App Center Client Apps

This is a shared repository for App Center client apps. These apps will work as companion app to the service offered at mobile.azure.com. This effort is contributed to and maintained by the Microsoft App Center team, however is a open source community focused effort. Please feel free to join us in developing to the best app experience for use of App Center.

Project Goals

1. Provide the best experience possible for a developer to access App Center data and actions on the go from a mobile device.
2. Provide a reference implementation for how App Center can support app development.
3. Provide a design reference and oppurtunity for learning on mobile app development platform stacks.

Philosophy / Operating Principles

• Everything in the open.
  • Project scenarios and backlog is public in the repo.
  • All planning meetings discussions are public meetings / open discussion links.
    • Biweekly open meeting to discuss status and next steps.

  • Source is always open source.
• All contributors are welcome.

Project backlog

Project backlog for tasks is hosted on github. Backlog is prioritized. Contributors are free to select any item, or add items. If looking to re-prioritize please file a Issue to capture the discussion.

If looking to implement an item. Please convert to a GitHub issue to track the work. Add it to the In Progress column. And link to the issue when you submit a PR. Use of the Issue will provide a mechanism for design discussion on implementation choices for an item.
