[Request for suggestion/solution] Change state after receiving replying email #82

Is it a possible way to change the state of the existing work item to “Customer Feedback” (this is a customized state value), if the customer reply the email. I realize that there is the mnemonic feature but business users do not prefer to use it, as they are not technical and might be making mistake when replying email and adding the prefix.
