Describe the issue

When use create approval in Trigger a defined approval in https://aka.ms/approvals-kit/learn in a development environment created by the Instructor guide.

Should be able to select the approval

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Follow the learning module to define a business approval workflow
  2. Create new Power Automate Cloud Flow that trigger from Machine Orders
  3. Include a new step for the Approvals Kit custom connector
  4. Try set the approval workflow defined in step 1

Update to Invoke-ApprovalsKitPostInstall to use workshop setup .Net installer to automate and validate Approvals Kit custom connector operations and connection
