Hello, I have an issue with custom connector. I created Entra Application, I have the environment url but when I adding a new connection I got the error: Create and authorize OAuth connection failed. AADSTS500011: The resource principal named s***s.crm4.dynamics.com was not found in the tenant named ***. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You might have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.

So what is wrong? Something in the Approvals Kit connector, or Entra Application? In my entra app is Accounts in this organizational directory only (...), I added user_impersonation and admin granted access.

Have tried replacing the env variable with URL of your environment on the first tab of the connector? See https://github.com/microsoft/powercat-business-approvals-kit/issues/135 I think this hasn't been fixed yet. I had to replace it again after upgrading on the latest version.

@KarolFilipKozlowski the host name in the General Tab and the Resource Url need to be your dataverse organization url. For example contoso.crm4.dynamics.com

@Grant-Archibald-MS after a few tries to edit and save, the connection was saved. In general, I did nothing special, just copied and past link form session details. But now I have other problems, I can't save workflow, status is pending and pending.

But it's for other issues ticket. However, if you can help me with other things. How uninstall solution? I get a timeout, should I use for example some CIL commend?

@Grant-Archibald-MS - I am facing similar issue in latest version of kit where in i can't add connection even though i have populated both resource url and host name. Could you help please, Solution version -1.0.20240206.2 ![Uploading Hostname.JPG…]()

Try resetting your client secret in Azure AD and add the secret value in your custom connector. You may have added the secret ID instead of the secret value.
