[Business Approvals Kit - BUG] Error Request to the backend service timed out when custom connector invoked in a flow action #294

Describe the issue

Error Request to the backend service timed out is received when custom connector invoked in a flow action and its odd as it works for few requests and times out and then works for the further requests without us doing anything.

Error is as follows:

Expected Behavior

Custom connector should not time-out intermittently when invoked via an action in flow

1.0.20240305.1

What app or flow are you having the issue with?

Custom Connector - when invoked via a flow

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create an approval process in business Approvals kit
  2. Invoke it in a flow using custom connector
  3. Trigger the flow multiple times and it times out intermittently
