Cleaning some things up and adding step 3 and associated files #57

I decided to shorten azurehosted -> az, I added csharp/win/az/step 3, and associated code sample files. I also updated the permalink text in the two files I added last time so that I can see them when I run jekyll locally.

I tested the files out, everything looks good to me.
