3 new tools and alphabetical ordering of M letter #18

Like in the last commit, I added LinDA, metabaRpipe and PQLSeq, which is for RNA seq, but since we keep DESeq2, why not? I also added myself as contributor, and added the LinDA github page as tutorial. Looking forward to hearing your opinion.

Thanks! Checks are failing. Can you also change v1 to v2 in lines 19 and 20 in the actions file https://github.com/microsud/Tools-Microbiome-Analysis/blob/master/.github/workflows/render_main.yml

And see if checks pass 😀

i updated the v1 into v2, do you see it now or should I start a new pull request? sorry, I am still learning with github :)
