Old idea surfacing again: could we build a playlist containing all the new albums after rebuilding the library automatically?

Ideally, it should track what the user was listening to and remap the current track when the playlist is updated.
It should be read-only from a UI point of view (no rename / delete buttons)
- it should be updated whenever the DB is rebuilt
