• https://developer.musixmatch.com/ complete but many conditions to follow for auth and tracking
• https://www.lyrics.com/lyrics_api.php looks quite good actually, just requires an api key and is free for 100 queries a daym but unsure if it actually returns lyrics programmatically.
• http://lyrics.wikia.com/wiki/LyricWiki will only display a few lines under fair use (uses lyricfind.com)
• does http://www.lastfm.com do lyrics? nope
• http://www.echonest.com? http://www.lyricfind.com/ not free
• https://www.azlyrics.com no api
