Fix error file_picker don't work in android API 33 above with file_picker version 4.6.1. #1565

My project is using dark version 2.15 so I can only use file_picker 4.6.1. Can you help me fix version 4.6.1 so it can run on Android API 33 above? Because now the project cannot upgrade to the higher dark version board. Help me!
