Added Helsinki and Port-au-Prince to cities.txt #30

So, I added HEL and PAP to the cities.txt. But I don't know the geoid(?) (the second column). Where can this be pulled from or will/can you do it? Big thanks!

I search for the id on geonames.org; I'll do it for these two places!

Thanks! And for pulling the geoID of Santo Domingo, too. Now I know where and how to do that myself. So the frequency of updates is about a month, right? Look forward to beginning of June, then :)

It's a little more than a month, when things are working. You may see a new one in just a few days.
