Update crossterm requirement from 0.25 to 0.27 #218

@mikaelmello is there anything blocking this one? I think it's the last thing keeping a duplicate dependency in my tree 🙏

@dbanty no blockers! Just have been extremely occupied in these past few months. I'll find some time this week to address all recent issues
