Restyling 'tips from others' as different to other pieces of content #325

As a user, I want to see tips from others peppered among my search results so that I am aware they are peer to peer recommendations and not the same as recommended resources.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Wireframes
[ ] UI design

Subject to designs from @sarahwelton & @indiamindwave24 - could be a carousel style tips reel in between the individual pieces of content (Could include self-assessment and urgent support in this gallery…)
