Just drop mcg76_Spleef_v1.5.phar into PocketMine Server plugin folder Restart server
for unknown reason on first install configuration file is not created properly, this result a crash. Temporary workaround to fix this error, please copy this file setting
https://github.com/minecraftgenius76/Spleef/blob/master/resources/config.yml to your server mcg76_spleef folder /config.yml
restart the server, this should work now.
