Admins/presenters should be able to change the presenters for a session #120

Note: Admins can change the owner (participant_id), but there is no way to update the presenters other than through the backend.

We have so many requests to do this. Is there any reason we don't allow participants/presenters to add/remove themselves from a session?

This is a good idea. We should definitely allow presenters to remove presenters from their session without requiring admin intervention.
