Feature/add more attributes to participant #124

Adds more attributes to a participant that the new mobile apps will need to consume via the sessions endpoint.

Coverage increased (+0.9%) to 92.488% when pulling b821bf7d1f54c1f88dcbdd5c47176d56843821b4 on feature/add-more-attributes-to-participant into 4dbe50c4bed79f9ce2f0744f0e5b589bdd563250 on master.

I don't think we need to hold this up for jbuilder. If you want to convert this to jbuilder you can do a new PR.
