In this PR:

Support for manual override of session size when assigning rooms
Support for incremental scheduling of additional sessions (with some local hackery; still needs work to be more usable)
Poor Georgia

Coverage decreased (-2.3%) to 51.581% when pulling bfeaad5e080f5024fac36a18836871a4ef625025 on more-scheduling-tools into d6b33c748da5093617f8d37df9202389b37e45aa on master.

@pcantrell is this still WIP, or can we merge it?

I think we can merge it. IIRC, I just didn't want to merge any scheduling algo changes that touched DB & models right before the event, just in case I was breaking something.

I’d meant to add some notes/docs about how to use the manual override stuff I added, maybe make it a little more convenient to use — but obviously that hasn’t happened. Yet. Best to merge it!
