Upgrade the json gem in the Gemfile #295

The GitHub Workflows build (in Pull Request #294 ) shows hundreds of instances of the following message: /home/runner/work/sessionizer/sessionizer/src/vendor/bundle/ruby/2.7.0/gems/json-1.8.6/lib/json/common.rb:155: warning: Using the last argument as keyword parameters is deprecated I will submit a pull request addressing this issue after Pull Request #294 is merged.

Removing the sdoc gem allowed the json gem to be upgraded. This issue is now resolved.
