Make session upvoting more pervasive throughout UI #86

Make an ajaxy clickable star or something next to sessions anywhere they're shown in a list.
That includes the schedule!
Any other UI changes we can make to encourage upvoting?

I heard feedback from someone that they didn't know which sessions they'd voted for. This is already indicated on the page, but maybe it's too subtle.

It's not indicated in the schedule, and clearly should be.
